Getting an industrial placement in New York
I study business finance and have a uni industrial placement for the second semester (Feb to end of May minimum). I've been looking at London and Brighton mainly but thinking about New York also.
I volunteered in New York this summer and its a great city and I'd definitely prefer to work there rather than in UK.
I looked into spring internships but they start early January and designed for students to work and study at same time so they are less than 25 hours a week so I'd be submitting speculative applications.
Should I try this? I'd have to put in serious effort to have any chance
