Confused on what to do, please help!

I did terribly on my AS levels got BCDD ( a D in chemistry!) And I still haven't done the UKCAT test which is late September. I want to know whether i have a chance of doing medicine, I will be applying for foundation courses due to the lower entry requirements. I am predicted ABB-AAB and feel like I won't achieve an A in chemistry but definitely a B, this AS year I didn't concentrate to my best of my ability. My GCSE grades are 2A*'s, 5A's, 1B and 3C's, they aren't impressive at all but I'm proud of them. Thinking of applying to KCL, Bristol, Exeter and maybe sheffield. (P.S I know that exeter and sheffield don't offer a foundation programme but I'm on a programme which includes these uni's to give me a contextual offer IF I succeed and get an interview and an offer) Im open to all comments, please help out and do give me any advice or tips. Thanks!
