Payment due yesterday, still progressing?

Hi there,
My student finance payment was due yesterday and my applications states I am still "progressing". My application paperwork has all been sent off weeks and months ago and I enrolled at my university last friday - why have I still not recieved my payment?

I would advise you to call us and check the application if there is nothing outstanding in your to-do list.

Hi there,
So I have rung Student Finance and they claim that they have not recieved my decloration form, and may potentially be lost. I absolutely remember sending this about 4/5 weeks ago, so if this was lost, I will be in a real sticky situation with my finances.
If I send another form in because of the loss of my first decloration form (which I firmly say is NOT my fault), will I potentially have to wait another 6 weeks as said on the website for it to be confirmed?
