Effort to make it takes like 10 minutes
Breakfast: Bowl of coco pops and 3 belgian waffles (with syrup ((obviously)))
Snack: Mars bar and crisps
Breaktime: two coco pops cereal bars
Lunch: Burger and chips, bag of cookies
Snack: crisps
Snack: chocolate bar (100g)
Dinner: 2 BigMacs and large fries (and some nuggets)
Snack: brownies

I'm 17 and 17 stone lol (i play rugby)
Breakfast: I don't do breakfast.
Lunch: Packet of crisps and this bun-type snack thing.
Dinner: Chicken sandwich.
Snacks: Sweets.
Meh, I should eat more.
