Hello, a few months ago I invested in some Invisalign and I'm nearing the end of my treatment (tray 10/14). I'm aware that I will be offered some teeth whitening gel to use with my trays once I'm done, but I was wondering if it would be better to go to my dentist and pay to get this done using the light/laser method. I'm worried that the gel will not give me the results I'm seeking, but I still want my teeth to look natural. Any suggestions please?

Firstly, It's important to note that not everybody has teeth so we need to be respectful of that.

Now back to the whitening topic - I think the gel would indeed make your teeth look white however it would of course be time consuming.

The light/laser method would be effective however would it be cost effective? That's something you need to either:

    a) Ask yourself
    b) conduct a poll asking what other people would do. Gather the results and then present them in a pie chart.

It's important to note both results would make your teeth white. It's all about the market research.

I hope this answers your question.

I had mine done with the laser and my dentist charged me about £1500 for 4 sessions
admitidly that include removing and replaceing my yellow gold cap with white gold
