Hi, I got a Loan entitlement letter from you, but unfortunately, it was sent to my home address. As I live in the UK now, and there is no one to forward my letter to me. Could you please send it again to my UK address? I added my UK address into the online application form. Should I send you evidence that I live here? And could you possibly send my passport to my UK address?
Also, I am still waiting to get my NI number. I will add it as soon as I get it, but I should pay my tuition fee until the 26th of September. What can I do?

Please call us to check we have the correct address for you and to return your passport.

Is there any other way to contact the Student Finance England? Because I don't have a phone right now...
