Apologies. Complete novice here. So i watched some calisthenics/weightlifting transformation videos and those guys tend to start off very skinny and the comments are full off "you can't have put on that much mass in that amount of time " etc. My torso has quite a bit of fat ( large stomach). Does this mean that i get muscular quicker as i won't have to bulk up?
Is my body type good or bad for building muscle.
