    Hello guys,

I am about to start my first year of LSE BSc Actuarial Science in a few days.

One thing I would like to ask about is the economics units, EC100 and EC102. I did not do HL economics and hence I'm not eligible for EC102 (EC100 is the only option available besides EC102). However, according to the IFoA, CT7 exemption is only granted to those who passed EC102 with 60 marks or above. Here comes the most messed up part, EC102 will be UNAVAILABLE to those who passed EC100, which means I cannot take it as an elective.

Does that mean I will not be able to get exemption to CT7 in the degree?
