I don't want to waste my life no more. I want a good job. I am in my Mid 20's noiin a **** low paid job. All I have to to show is with 5 years working retail experience is: BTEC I.T Practitioners- Level 3- Pass NVQ Engineering- Level 2- Pass

I don't know what career path to take
So what should i do? Can i go back to University with this? should i learn a trade in College again?

I just want a decent £20,000 + Job. Any Advice?

If you don't know what to do, don't apply for any courses. It's a good thing in itself that you've worked for 5 years, most graduates have hardly worked a single year. Just learn any old skill that the first job of your interest demands, and you'll be in front of all the grads in the queue.
