Chemistry tuition

so basically I study A2 Chemistry with the exam board OCR Salters B (new specification). I achieved a D grade at AS Level however, because this is a stand alone qualification - it will not count to my final grade. Therefore I REALLY need a tutor to help me!

Does anyone know any tutors based around West London that do not charge a ridiculous price? (my budget is £25/ph) or are there any websites whereby I do not have to pay a fee to the website and that the only thing that i will pay for is the tuition?

PLEASE HELP! I desperately need to get a D grade up to a B!
