    Hey everyone,

I'm going to be applying to university this year, for Economics. I've finished my personal statement and know roughly my predicted grades. My subjects are Mathematics, Economics, and Business Studies, and I'm doing an Economics related EPQ this year. I'm predicted A*AA-A*AB most likely, however the only A2 I'm taking this year is Math, the other two are going to be a Unit 1 Resit of Economics and Unit 1 of Business (so not much workload I guess) and I'm aiming for an A/A* in the EPQ. P.S. I already have a B in Economics (mark off A) and B in Business Studies.

However, as you probably know, many universities HATE Business Studies with Economics at A-Level, so what do you think of my choices so far? Any recommendations?

    - Surrey
    - Exeter
    - Loughborough
    - Kent
    - My final one I am confused as whether to apply to UCL or Bath (the latter have said they will hold my application due to the combination until they have a view of the competition for places then come to a decision for me).

Any experience/opinion on the universities I have mentioned?

    Thanks, Aziz

Why don't you try Oxford/Cambridge with your grades? No harm in trying I guess .. You have already used up 4 choices and it's only one choice, if you don't make it. You'll still have the other four for offers!
