    Place your wrist on a table, place your ruler on the table and measure upwards. A wrist is a three-dimensional body: width, height, length.. It's not rocket science..
    Surely that's the width ? The wrist is part of your arm so it only really has length and width.
    But fairs, If you want to look at it like that I meant height (?)
