Beginners exercise

Why bother with a post grad course - waste of time? 17-10-2016

    I want to starts exercising, what should I start off with? My motivation is terrible, but maybe it's a new goal to set myself? Also, what time of day would you reccommend exercising? I'm hoping to do pilates and then work my way up to pilates and zumba.
