When does Fresher's week start here?

I am moving into IQ next week Saturday but at Leeds and Sheffield their Fresher's week begins Monday that week, so that if Nottingham's fresher's starts at the same time, then I've already missed most of it. Unfortunately Nottingham IQ isn't allowing me to move in before then (the 24th). So is this because Fresher's for some reason starts a week later than the others, or is it because IQ is ****?

As far as I know, fresher's week officially starts on the 24th at UoN (with the exception of international students who start a few days earlier)
