I worked for three months at a supermarket during Y12, would universities look favourably on this or not?

I'm worried they might think I'm not completely focused on studies, ie. I might get another part-time job in university so my grades will suffer?

However, it might show time-management skills etc so I'm not sure whether to leave it out or mention it?

I'm applying for LSE,UCL, Warwick and Bristol

No, they realise that people need to get that £££. Definitely put it in the UCAS "Employment" section, then maybe have a line or two on it in your PS saying how it improved your communication skills or something like that, but don't try and relate it to your course in any way or else it will just sound superficial.
