My philosophy teacher said she would set some homework via email on Wednesday and since I always do my homework last minute I checked my inbox and theres no email from her. There is just an old email of homework she sent last week and I did that one time ago. The homework she set on wednesday is due tomorrow what do I do?

If you've not been given it, how are you supposed to do it!?
Screenshot the evidence (as homeland said) and show her if she asks!

You can't get into trouble for homework that hasn't been set!

Uuh you say sorry miss, I didn't receive it. If she wants proof show her your junk and/or deleted items folders. If she actually didn't send it then won't the rest of the class be in the same boat..?

If no e-mail has been sent then you will be ok, but you could have asked beforehand. You coul also check with other students and see if they have been sent it. If it has been sent, then its a woeful lack of initiative for not checking or even e-mailing her back.

Check with other people in your class. I'm sure you have someone on Facebook. If they didn't get it either then your teacher forgot to send it. If they do have it, they can forward it to you
