    Secondary action, insofar as it concerns employers who are not parties to the trade dispute (so, for instance, encouraging people in another company to go on strike too) is currently banned. This would change that.

    I am very opposed in particular to 3:1, if you were to scrap this or even cut down the time to three days I could see it getting *some* support.
