Applying to foundation year medicine 2017 with poor UKCAT score

Guys i need help. I got 600 Average and Band 1 STJ since i did not have enough time to revise completely since i was doing a research placement 85% of the summer break. When i did get time i only got 20-23 days to revise for the UKCAT which i felt wasn't enough.

I am planning applying to foundation year course. At Nottingham, Bristol, UEA and Southampton since i do qualify for their programs. Pretty disappointed at the 600 average. Is this the end of the road for me?
My predicted grades are ABB-ABC.
My GCSEs are not the worst ( in my opinion) 4 A*-A 7Bs.
I have taken lots of work experience, done nuffield research placement, volunteer at children charity, support special needs children in my school and have written a scientific report for GlaxoSmithKline this summer.

I really do not wish to take the graduate entry and i dont believe there are any BMAT foundation year courses available. Is there anything i can do to help myself.

Any help from those experienced would be appreciated.
