Unknown error
Good day,
For over a month I have been trying to complete my application for tuition fee loan, but whenever I try to complete application, I get Unknown error message (images attached). I thought it was temporary issue, but now, when I can't even get my student's ID card in my university, I am really getting worried. So could you please tell me what is happening here ?
Also I had a hard time finding a way to contact Student Finance, because I don't use/have nor Facebook, nor Twitter. Furthermore I wouldn't like to get charged for a call to UK...
