Basically, around 3-4 weeks ago we had sex (using a condom). I always check the condom afterwards by filling it with water and it showed no problems. However, she has missed her period by 2 days and has been ill and miserable recently.

Is it somehow possible that she's pregnant? :/

Highly unlikely - the sex was probably before she ovulated, and you've been using condoms consistently.

Irregularities in periods does not always mean that woman is pregnant and if you still have a doubt you should go for pregnancy test.

Even if the condom is in tact, if it hasn't been removed carefully, then spillage on withdrawal can still cause pregnancy. Anxiety can delay her period. She should just get a test to give you both peace of mind.
