    You can used wordference for translation of words : http://www.wordreference.com
    For each word, there is many explication about the use of the word and the difference between two (or more) synonyms and exemple for used the word.
    e.g. speak (talk) : parler : The teacher demanded that the student speak. = Le professeur a demandé à l'élève de parler.

    For sentence, you can also use the french dictionary : Larousse : http://www.larousse.fr/dictionnaires/francais
    I use it when I have a doubt regarding my language :angelblush: (I'm french). It offer many exemple of usage for each word. You have the definition and exemple (I have underline it in the next e.g.)
    e.g. parler = Discuter avec quelqu'un au sujet de quelque chose ou de quelqu'un, sur un thème : C'est quelqu'un avec qui on peut parler de tout.

    Sorry for my English grammar mistakes...
    Translation in French if you are interested :

    Tu peux utiliser wordreference pour traduire des mots.
    Pour chaque mot, il y a des explications sur le mot lui-même, les différences entre deux synonymes (ou plus) ainsi que des exemples d'utilisation.
    ex : speak : etc.

    Pour les phrases, tu peux aussi utiliser le dictionnaire de français Larousse.
    C'est celui que j'utilise lorsque que j'ai des doutes sur ma langue :angelblush: (je suis français). Il propose beaucoup d'exemples d'usage pour chaque mot. Il y a la définition et un exemple (je l'ai souligné dans l'exemple suivant)
