Um, user ID (in an e-mail they sent) and password, I would presume.

I've been away most of hols, so I haven't had time to check this!
Why do you have to use a pin which is specificaly distrubuted to your exam center?:s-smilie:

Could you not use any pin, just to get an acount?

Yup (and it had to have a number and a capital letter/mix of capitals and lowercase ones or something). :smile:
