confusion about F2.3 of copa

I want to know a bit more about question F2.3 of copa registration form which is "Have you applied or will you be applying for a scholarship only tenable at specific Cambridge Colleges?" I am applying to St John's college for mathematics degree course as an overseas student and I want to apply to some of those scholarships which are only available at St John's college if I get a place there. Does that mean that I should choose the 'yes' option? And what if I choose 'no'?
