It wasn'rt enough that my girl had to drop my phone down the toilet, she's now gone and blocked the sim by entering my sim lock wrong three times!

My screen is broken so I cannot see what I'm to enter. But I have my PUK code from o2, but does anyone know whether, when I turn my phone on, it wants the PUK code straight away? or do I need to press some buttons to get the promt?

If anyone has any info, if they have blocked their Samsund D900 before, that'd be great.

    Cheers

It will only block your sim card, should you enter the PUK incorrectly a certain number of times. If this happens then ring O2 and they will send you out a replacement sim for free with same number, balance, etc.

Sound... hard to ring them with no phone though... trying to get my insurance claim sorted out is bad enough. Never go with o2!

I agree. If it was us you'd pop into store with your insurance documents and leave with a brand new phone that day.

You need to call her network provider and they will give you the puk. Dont put in wrong puk 10 times or it completely blocks the sim
