Would it look really weird/awkward/desparate/insert negative thing here if I said something along the lines of:
Me: "where do you go for lunch"
Other Person(OP): "Oh I go to the field"
Me: "Any chance I can join you for lunch?"
    OP:"Yeah sure"
Me: "Great, where should I meet you?"

Obviously that wouldn't be word for word because you can't really plan it like that but just something along those lines?

Damnn...the suspense was real. True, by that logic we wouldnt be loners lol

And its weird to think there is a 1/18 chance of a college that you may go to. If you went to that college, there would be a 1/1500+ chance that I would know you. Even creepier...near impossible but...creepier...
It would have been like some sort of meant to be friendship where we were destined to become besties or something haha Anyway fingers crossed our situations get better!

That's what I want to do but then I pussy out of it because I think I'll look like a despaate loner (which I actually kinda am fml) but I'm going to try really hard tomorrow to like "pluck up the courage" and just go for it. I just feel so awkward about it haha

I was exactly in your situation but it only gets better.

You just have to try and make conversations.

Today, i literally sat down at a table and suddenly others have come to join me.

I used that as an opportunity to talk.

I know that its hard, being a quite person myself, i find it hard to make convos but start small, fake it till you make it.
