Year 13 student studying in the UK with dual U.S citizenship.

Earlier, this year I took my SAT so I would be able to apply to American Unis but now I've started the process I'm not too sure.

I want to study Politics & International Relations with predicted AAB, and am applying to Warwick, Nottingham, Birmingham, SOAS & Loughborough in the UK.

In the U.S i'm looking at Northeastern, Fordham, Howard and Spelman

I initially thought that since I want to work in an IGO that studying in American would give more opportunity but it seems that the years abroad/in placement that I could do here also have an advantage.

Also, I'm not tooo keen on having to do stuff like English & Maths again, although it will be fun to take the odd classes unrelated to my degree.

An alternative would be doing my undergrad here than going to the U.S for my postgrad, which would probably be cheaper too.

EDIT: Just realised this is in the totally wrong thread.

Sorry you've not had any responses about this. Are you sure you've posted in the right place? Here's a link to our subject forum which should help get you more responses if you post there.

Just quoting in Danny Dorito so she can move the thread if needed :wizard:

I think UK is probably going to be better value for money.
