My NUS Card Extra card isn't working
Hi there!
So I recently got my NUS extra card ready for uni, but it doesn't seem to be working. I first tried it in a shop in order to order a top I liked that wasn't in my size, but the girl said it wouldn't work- something about it not being activated. I did a search online for what to do, but it just told me that there would be something on the website, which I could not find.
I sent a message to their Facebook. It's been seen, but they have not replied.I'd love for it to work before I go to uni next weekend, so any good advice would be much appreciated!

Should be easy to fix:
When you sign up for NUS Extra, they ask for your academic email, and send you an email that you need to acknowledge in order to activate the account. So check your inbox at the academic email address that you provided.
If you don't have one yet, then you'll have to wait until after enrolment at uni.
