Michaelis-menton eq
Hi, as this forum is so wonderfully equipped with expert chemists and biologists ready and at hand to assist us with our chemistry troubles, i was wondering if anyone could kindly help me with this question please.
I have answered the first one relatively well, but i can't seem to do the next two, nor can i find any info in my text books about it, any suggestions?
Question :::: Use the Michaelis-menton plot and parameters Km and Vmax to explain:
1) the effect of substrate concentration on the rate of reaction
2) what limits the maximum rate of a catalysis
3)how catalysis is affected by inhibitors
Would be very much appreciated
