    Hi,
I'm applying to 4 medicine courses and I was thinking of choosing Bradford's foundation in clinical sciences as my 5th option.
Apparently though, a friend of a friend chose a foundation to medicine course as his fifth choice and UCAS let him? So do they count medicine with foundation year courses as one of the four medical ccourses on the application or can I add it as a fifth choice??

    Thanks

UCAS will block 5th choices to foundation years with guaranteed progression to medicine. There are other courses that offer the *possibility* of a place on a med course for a small number of students which wont be blocked.

Do you know if King's EMDP counts as one of these courses?

Sometimes things like biomed will give you the chance to go onto a medicine degree, but only if you do well enough in the first year
