Interview at Wetherspoons-what to expect

Hi, I have an interview at the end of the week at Wetherspoons and am not sure what to expect. Can anyone who's already had one give me any advice? Alternatively, anyone who's had an interview at somewhere similar like Yates, O'neills etc...

Had an interview at spoons, didn't get it :frown:

There's a big list of questions that you just go through with the interviewer. Some stuff like;
what do you know about the company?
why do you want to work here?
what makes us different from other pubs?
name a time where you've gone out of your way to help someone
name a difficult situation you were in and how you dealt with it blahblah.
He went on about challenge 21 and that stuff too. ohh and I was asked what other wetherspoons pubs I'd been to and how much I expected to get paid, I just said minimum wage and he said it was £5.35.

It was more an informal chat, we just sat somewhere quiet in the pub and I was offered a drink and that kind of stuff, don't know if I was overdressed as I didn't see anyone else but I wore black trousers and a black shirt.
