Functions

G(X)=X^3+1 and h(X)=3^x Solve gh(a)=244

I got gh= (3^x)^3=243 so far.
Is this right or am I doing the steps wrong? Pls help.

Correct so far.

Next I would use (ab)c=ab×c(a^b)^c = a^{b \times c} to simplify the left-hand-side.

Then you have some power of 3 equal to 243...
