Lea manual assessment

Having spoken to someone on the phone my application is waiting to be assessed by an LEA what does this mean? They didn't really explain it to me on the phone.

How long will this take? My course starts on the 3rd October, I don't qualify for the childcare grant but I'm relying on my student loan to pay my daughters nursery fees, I can't continue my course if SFE aren't funding me as I cannot afford it I'm really stressing out now!

They received my evidence for CPR on the 8th September if that helps.

This application status means your application has to be passed to a team manager for approval and this will take 3-5 working days however this may not mean your application will be fully approved at this point.
