i was just woundering which is more beneficailly for a first year in-order to make more friends and stuff?

probably halls, but like i've been saying, the people make the place. if you're not making a massive effort to make friends,they won't come to you. just because you move into halls doesn't mean you'll have loads of friends.you can be in halls, have no friends and be having a **** time.

I would strongly reccommend living in halls - the social life is generally better in halls, there is a better sense of community, and you dont have to worry about how UPP are going to piss you off
