Room transfer - Curzon Gateway

Hello, I have an ensuite room at Curzon Gateway, just opposite to BCU. The room's in block C, on the first floor. I want to transfer this room simply because I want to move closer to Aston campus. But it's great for BCU students who's looking for accommodation close to the uni. The rent is 127 per week. It's a 51 weeks contract, which dues on 01/09/2017.
