Hi there! I have applied for a postgraduate loan and I already updated all my details online. However in my personal payment area is written that the status of my payment is "approved" (finf attached). I already registered at my uni but I have not uploaded in the student finance website my insurance number becauuse I am an EU student. Is everything fine? I Should have received the payment the 26th. We require the university to send the confirmation of registration to us before we can release the payment. Once the confirmation has been received it will take 24-48 hours to update onto the account we will then release the payment and it will be in your account 3-5 working days after this.
