Why bother with a post grad course - waste of time? 17-10-2016

I'm going to keep this straight and simple, please don't laugh X

I'm 16 and love playing netball, have played for my school and recently joined a team outside school where I play for the 3rds. I've always dreamed of playing for England but I've never been selected for county or anything of a high standard, and when I look at like biographies of other players they've been playing for England since 18 and for county since like 12. I train twice a week, play matches at the weekend and do quite a lot of fitness but I have doubts. Do you still think it is possible for me to make it and achieve my dream honestly and realistically? Thanks in advance
