Are there any graduate schemes which only last one year?

Hi

Although my UG is in Accounting and Finance, I'm looking to do a masters course in statistics for which I need to take a 1 year access course via distance learning so I'm looking for a role which is only a year long.

All I have been able to find is PWC which has a graduate placement lasting between 6-11 months. Do you know of any others?

If you're into banking, you could look into off-cycle / placement internships. They last 3-6 months. Do two of those. Fully-paid.

HSBC have a off-cycle internship but it only lasts 10 weeks which isn't long enough.

Would it be possible to join a graduate scheme but leave after a year?

Not normally, no. And sometimes if you're given a signing bonus and leave within a certain time period, you have to pay the signing bonus back. It's incredibly difficult to get onto a graduate scheme so wouldn't bother trying if you're intention is to leave.
