Studio available in town centre! 510 pcm!
Hi. I'm a PhD student in Architecture at the University of Huddersfield.
I'm interested in find someone to take my contract at the studio where I live now ASAP. It's at The Palace Studios, in town centre. All kitchen appliances included even the washing/dryer machine (so you don't need to pay to do the laundry), all bills included, Freeview SmartTV with Netflix, wi-fi, one monthly cleaning service, and a gym. My rent is 510pcm, or 117pw. October is already payed.
