Im not sure how to calculate dilution pls can you help me?

    2) Prepare dilutions of the agonist drugs
    A series of small bottles with drug name and concentrations are provided; eg ACh 10-4 M. Take a stock solution of 10-2 M ACh and make serial 1:10 dilutions into these bottles using Tyrodes solution down to 10-6 M (ie 10-4, 10-5, 10-6M).
    Repeat this procedure to prepare dilutions of nicotine. Take stock solutions of 10-2M, but only prepare 2 dilutions at 10-3 and 10-4M.
    The volumes of each of these agonist dilutions to be added to the bath can be seen in the table below. All concentrations used in the experiment are to be expressed as Final Bath Concentrations (FBC)
