Anyone aware if foundation schools publish the scores needed to work within the different trusts they cover? I'm thinking of applying to North West, but it such a huge area I wanted to know my chances of getting a job in a Manchester Hospital

I'm afraid that if you think you will ever have this degree of control over where you work as a junior doctor, then you're likely going to be disappointed.
Best just to let the waves of ensuing uncertainty wash over you

Some do some don't. Its fair to say though that the big cities have substantially higher cut offs than the deaneries they are in. The year before I applied Liverpool had a cut off higher than North West Thames, despite Mersey being the third or 4th least competitive deanery.
