Don't know any boys..help...

I have never had a relationship before and I don't know any boys at all. I don't go out to any parties or anything like that (medical issues so pls don't say just go out!). I'm 16 and my friends can't really believe I've never been out with someone.

What should I do? I would like to get to know some guys as I think they can be more fun to hang around with than girls as well! Idk if my parents would freak out with me even talking to guys though ...
At college, everyone is talking about relationships and in class and stuff and I just feel like I don't know what they're talking about half the time.

If anyone has any advice on how to get to know guys in a situation like mine I'd be really grateful for any advice from anyone!

Although not knowing any boys at all is pretty weird, you go to an all girls place or something?

Not that unusual.

Quite common if you live in the countryside or go to an all-girl's school etc

Either try to socialise more or wait for uni.

Literally none. Ok so I have a friend who has a brother my age and then parents' friends have a son i think.... yeah that's it lol :s-smilie:

Dunno tbh, I can't say I know much about the usual social situation in single gender schools, there's none near me at all. They sound like a dumb idea, but that's beside the point of the thread...

If you're unable to go out for whatever reason but you're desperate to meet guys then your best bets would be somehow finding a line in with friends of friends I suppose, getting somebody to set you up with a guy or some such nonsense.

You're only 16!No need to sweat this stuff, no need to keep wanting a boyfriend.

You'd rather be with someone you like and not just anyone, you could meet someone at college, uni, work, through acquaintances.

Just enjoy your life, have hobbies, ambitions, do things that make you happy and someone will join your life. Work on yourself, go to the gym, wear sexy clothes, have a good hairstyle.

You'll meet someone along the way, this could be at work, uni, through family or friends, joining clubs, socialising.

I'm not in contact with all girls but tbh it's better to safeguard your emotions and then on the off chance that a man actually turns out to be romantic or sensual (to you) connect with that guy.
