    How to prevent obesity? I am 2kg from being over weight. Help

    Exercise more and eat less?

    To lose weight, calculate your TDEE and eat at a deficit of a few hundred calories. As you lose weight, re-calculate your TDEE. When you're at your goal weight, stick to your TDEE.

    Try a healthy eating club - Slimming world / Weight Watchers.
    Join the gym.
    Go to the doctors to check for a underlying health condition?
