Postgrad loans

Hi guys,

Few questions about postgrad loans for courses in 2017/18.

1.) Am I right in thinking that it is best to hold off on applying until I have an offer in place?

2.) A lot of uni application forms are asking for details about funding. Most of mine will obviously be coming from the £10k loan, but seems like I can't really say I have it yet given that I can't apply for it yet. What is best way to broach this on the uni application forms? Seems a bit catch 22...

3.) When it comes to applying, I log into my SLC account but it won't let me access to further education loan application. Any idea when it will open up for the postgrad loans (or has it already opened up and I'm being thick)?
