If you re-take it should increase your chance of getting into more universities. The course depends on what you want to do.
Tbh, it's not a particularly strong set of A levels. A lot of universities would discount Film Studies as not acceptable, which leaves you with two C grades in Economics and History (which are good, academic subjects). The BTEC ICT is not awfully helpful.

Have you done some research on degrees to see what you might be interested in doing. I think that way round makes more sense than trying to fit the grades to 'a course', 'any course'.
