Help with gap year travel plans
Hi 
I'm currently on a gap year doing an 8 month internship with Accenture in London until the end of April, and was looking for some advice on travelling after this.
I would like to do something adventurous abroad (not volunteering) and am especially interested in cycling and extreme sports. I've been on some gap year websites but am having trouble telling what programmes are actually accredited/recommended - I don't want to spend a lot of money on something that turns out to be badly organised or not what I want to do!
Any help would be welcome
