Residents parking permits

The Lincoln Council are currently doing a survey on whether they should change the number of permits per house from 3 to 2. This will mostly affect students and people in professional house shares. I urge everyone living in parking permit areas, whether they have a permit or not, to go to this website and say that you do not want it to change. Most student houses have more than 2 people living in them, so if it gets changed it will make it a lot harder for students to park. This is a direct attack on students and house shares in Lincoln by the residents and Councillors who think that students shouldn't have cars.
