Already achieved "equivalent grades".. Computer Science

So i am thinking of applying to study computer science at Birmingham, which the reqs are AAA

i have A*ABD (Maths Computing F.Maths Physics)

Is it likely that i may receive an unconditional for having.. "equivalent" grades, or will i be expected to change that B to an A?
