Don't be scared! Why will you not get a training contract as long as you achieve a 2:1 or a 1:1 then you'll definitely get a training contract in the meantime you can improve your chances by doing some work experience at law firms, and besides Manchester is the third largest city in Uk, which makes it an ideal place to study law.

Thats really poor advice, people with AAA and degrees from top 10 universities struggle to get training contracts, its really not an easy process.

Am not giving the OP advice am giving her reassurance

Yes, by deluding her. A 2:1 or a First is absolutely no guarantee you will get a training contract. Especially from MMU - there are thousands of graduates from better universities to compete with with degrees just as good as, and probably better, than yours.

Shut, shut, shut the **** up.

O.P.: obtain a very, very high First; win some mooting competitions; apply to every single firm; and you may just be in with a chance.

Oh, and, while you're at it, private-message the user 'ElleWoods' of TSR.
