Introspection

Do you think there will be a 6 marker in outlining introspection in psychology? Because the explanation l have got is short, but it displays what introspection is...

I don't really think you could get a 6 marker for just introspection because there isn't enough content maybe a 2/3/4 marker. So you're doing Approaches now? They could ask you to define/describe introspection possibly.

Will this be enough for a 4 marker:

"The process by which a person gains knowledge about his or her own material and emotional states as a result of examination or observation of their conscious thoughts and feelings."

Because our teacher told us to put that as a definition and l feel like its not enough, l don't know what else to put.

Definitions are more likely to be 2 mark questions so you don't have to include more detail. Take a look at the new sample papers/markschemes for definition questions and usually they're short and concise.
