C1 Question. Stuck...

Given p=-3
find the exact roots of (2p+5)x^2+px+1=0
I plugged -3 into the equation and the ended up with the equation:
-x^2-3x+1=0
From here, i dont know how to factorise it.

Bring all terms to the other side, or multiply by -1, then use the quadratic formula.
